She has held leadership positions at multinational corporations such as Dow, Sealed Air, Diversey, and Solvay, and most recently served as CEO of Syensqo. She is Chair of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), President of the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic), Vice-Chair of the European Round Table for Industry (ERT) and a permanent member of the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council (WEF).
